Data I/O cards use opto-isolation to
counter noise
High-density data I/O cards have a high tolerance for noise with up to 128 opto-isolated channels for applications such as industrial I/O control, large-scale test and measurement, and relay control.
Adlink Technology's PCI-7440 series of high-density data I/O cards provide up to 128 opto-isolated channels for a wide range of applications such as industrial I/O control and automation, large-scale test and measurement, and relay control The PCI-7440 series comprises the PCI-7442, a 64-channel isolated data input and 64-channel isolated data-output card; the PCI-7443, a 128-channel isolated data-input card; and the PCI-7444, a 128-channel isolated data-output card

Acquisition cards perform many functions
Adlink's latest data acquisition cards provide a 10% increase in performance over the company's previous generation of multifunction DAQ cards.
CompactPCI CPU combines power and reliability
Optimised for stability and packaged in a rugged format, the cPCI-3920 is built to withstand even harsh environment.
Equipped with 128 identical nonpolarity channels of opto-isolated digital inputs, the PCI-7443 is capable of collecting digital inputs with a high tolerance for noise.
The PCI-7443 features a channel programmable change-of-state (COS) interrupt function which monitors the status of input channels and instantly generates an interrupt request to the PCI controller when a change in the logical state of that channel is detected.
The COS function reduces CPU loading by decreasing then number of input channels polled during each cycle, thus improving the I/O performance of the system.
Designed using the 32bit PCI form factor with plug-and-play capability, the PCI-7444 module provides 128 channels of open-drain power-MOSFET-driven digital outputs.
At 100% duty cycle, the PCI-7444 has a sink current of 250mA for all channels, handling up to 300mA max, suitable for large-scale relay control and automation applications.
The PCI-7444 also includes programmable power-on data-output state settings and a watchdog timer (WDT) for increased fault protection.
Each card in this series is equipped with a board ID design that enables fast and convenient card detection and troubleshooting, even in systems with multiple data I/O cards installed.
The PCI-7440 series supports Microsoft Windows and Linux operating systems and also comes with software drivers for widely used applications including Visual BasicR, Visual C, BCB, Delphi, LabView and Matlab. Request a free brochure from Adlink Technology ...
