Ceramics expertise on show in Stuttgart

AdTech Ceramics will be on Booth 974 in Hall 1 at Semicon Europa in the Stuttgart Trade Fair Centre, from 9th to 11th October 2007.

AdTech's experienced employee base has a 100-year legacy of ceramic experience, including material science, engineering, design, tooling and manufacturing of multilayer ceramics, injection moulding and chemical milling.

Multilayer cofire technologies include the custom design and manufacture of HTCC, AlN and LTCC.

Alumina (HTCC) is available in both white and black ceramic for high strength, good thermal conductivity and hermeticity.
