Improved venturi design and the use of a higher-specification motor enable DC fan to boost airflow and static pressure.

New from Aerco, the AD0412XB is one of a new range of DC equipment fans from Adda that delivers 25% more airflow than its predecessor Most importantly, this airflow of 4.18 litre/s from the 40 x 40 x 10mm fan is achieved against almost double the system pressure making it ideal for modern, densely packaged enclosures where high pressures have to be overcome

This increase in performance is down to a combination of improved venturi design and the use of a higher-specification motor.

Accepting a supply voltage range of 10.8 to 13.2V DC, the AD0412XB series carries UL, CUL, TUV and CE approvals and has a life expectancy of 50kh at an operating temperature of 25C.

RoHS compliant, these high-performing fans can be supplied with any combination of function wires that include alarm, tachometer and pulsewidth modulation for use in intelligent cooling systems.
