devices

"Altera is currently Mindray's major provider of FPGAs and CPLDs, and we expect continued growth in our partnership in the coming years", said Xia Yi Min, Mindray's Director, SCM Department.
"The flexibility of Altera's Cyclone II FPGAs, productivity of the Quartus II design software and easily accessible technical support have provided Mindray with a more cost- effective alternative for our medical equipment products when compared with ASICs".
The award was presented to Altera in December at the 2006 Mindray Supplier Conference.
