Agilent awards for three distributors

Agilent Technologies has presented European performance excellence awards to three distributors in recognition of exceptional achievements in 2001.

Agilent Technologies has presented European performance excellence awards to three distributors in recognition of exceptional achievements in 2001.

"Our strong results are evidence of the valuable contributions of our channel partners serving thousands of customers in multiple markets throughout Europe, the Middle East and Africa", said Derek Tibbitts, European director of distribution for Agilent's Semiconductor Products Group.

"These contributions deserve recognition".

The Agilent European performance excellence awards honour the activities of Sasco, EBV and BFI in delivering exceptional results, strengthening Agilent's position and market share in 2001.

Sasco generated significant growth reselling to end customers to achieve the highest over-quota result in Europe.

EBV achieved exceptional design win results in securing new customers and deals.

And BFI exhibited the best execution rate of sales actions and marketing programmes to develop new business opportunities.
