Advance-Galatrek is showcasing several brand new product ranges on Stand 20C93 at this year's Networks Telecom exhibition The latest StrikeSafe range of transient voltage surge suppressors features the technological breakthrough of matrix design to provide superior levels of transient protection

Each model in the range features either a combination of silicon avalanche diodes and metal oxide varistors (MOVs), or MOVs alone, in a unique matrix configuration.

This gives the StrikeSafe range a faster response, lower clamping voltages, superior reliability and a lower cost of ownership.

The new PowerElite MultiTec second-generation UPS is a transformerless online design, offering reduced size and weight.

Each model boasts a high power factor and low harmonic distortion, and can be specified with either single- or three-phase input, with capacities ranging between 6 and 10kVA.

Power factor correction circuitry achieves a true sinewave input, with the UPS drawing from the mains supply at near unity power, to eliminate mains pollution for downstream connected loads.

PowerElite MultiTec also features a wide input voltage range, to reduce battery usage, and incorporates built in automatic static and maintenance bypasses, as well as automatic and manual battery testing facilities.

Full microprocessor control provides each unit with the utmost in reliability and stability.

Advance-Galatrek's new MasterElite MultiTec UPS range provides the ultimate in extended runtime battery power, for mission critical applications in the computing, cable, Internet, mobile and telecomms sectors.

These high-power units range from 10 to 20kVA capacity, and all feature full microprocessor control, which provides up to 99% efficiency ratings in economy smart mode.

The range offers a choice of three or single phase input, with single phase out, or three phase input and output models, with similar features to the PowerElite range.

Also on display is the latest Advance-Galatrek PowerPak range of DC power supplies offers innovative technology, modular expansion, ease of maintenance and sophisticated remote management and control capabilities.

Each model within the range provides a highly flexible solution for any application requiring the ultimate in reliability and performance, including Internet, mobile and telecomms networks.
