Analyser options appeal to comms designers
New capabilities extend the analysis power of Agilent's signal and spectrum analysers, enabling them to address even the most difficult application challenges.
The open enrollment and customised classes offer students the opportunity to expand their knowledge of a particular technology while seeing test tools in action, thus addressing and overcoming the complexities of the technology.
Students will use Agilent test and debug tools to learn how to put theoretical elements of the training into practice.
"With support for the PCI Express technology from members like Agilent and Mindshare, PCI-SIG continues to help enable PCIe for the entire industry", says Al Yanes, PCI-SIG Chairman and President.
"By working with Agilent, MindShare will be able to enhance its training courses and students will benefit from a more complete training experience".
"This leads to new products based on PCIe getting more quickly and efficiently to market".
Agilent and MindShare will begin this collaboration by hosting open-enrollment MindShare training for PCI Express at the Agilent Santa Clara, California, site from 10th to 13th September 2007.
"These joint training classes help us support our customers, quickly getting them up to speed on complex and leading-edge technologies", says Siegfried Gross, Vice President and General Manager of Agilent's Digital Verification Solutions Division.
"The scheduled PCI Express seminars will help design engineers understand and implement the latest specification, PCI Express 2.0, and get the best of both worlds: training expertise in PCI Express technology from MindShare plus experience with industry-leading PCI Express test tools from Agilent".
