Easy load paper operation together with fast, high resolution printing make the device suitable for a wide range of equipment such as instrument panels, medical devices and kiosk applications.

The high quality Seiko DPU-30 panel printer from Trident has compact dimensions of 101 x 116 x 61mm and a fully finished plain front panel, making incorporation into a rack or panel system quick and simple.

In addition, the DPU-30 features 8 dot/mm print resolution for printing characters, graphics, barcodes and technical data on 58mm width paper.

The printer operates at two print speeds, 2 and 55mm/s, depending on power supply.

Low noise levels at all speeds makes this device suitable for high printer density environments, such as science laboratories.

Data input is via 8bit parallel or RS232C serial interfaces and Seiko's high quality printing mechanism gives up to 100 million pulses for long life operation.

Easy access front paper loading at the push of a button offers convenience and time savings by removing the need for tedious paper threading and eliminating paper jams.

An out of paper detector is also included and the DPU-30 comes with seven preloaded barcode fonts.
