Aitech Defense Systems has published a shortform brochure covering a full range of hardware, software and subsystems service for mission-critical COTS applications The new, richly illustrated eight-page brochure describes components and subsystems used throughout the world in some of the highest profile air, land and sea military programmes as well as radiation-tolerant products for space programs

The new brochure, entitled "Aitech mission-critical embedded COTS solutions", summarises the company's exceptional legacy and experience, dating back to the industry's very first conduction-cooled MIL-SPEC VME boards in 1984 to today's broad range of harsh environment PowerPC-based VME and CompactPCI SBCs, memory and I/O boards, PMC mezzanine modules, power supplies and chassis, all available in multiple levels of ruggedisation.

Also covered in the new brochure are Aitech's subsystems software support, including third party operating systems and board support packages; subsystem customisation and integration; program and lifecycle configuration management; component obsolescence mitigation; quality assurance, testing and technical support.
