RBS060100/200 tilt switches feature a novel design with two contact balls.

The RBS060100/200 switches feature a novel design with two contact balls The smaller-diameter ball makes contact with the switch housing and central electrode

The second ball places pressure against the smaller ball.

This design helps stabilise contact resistance and reduces contact bounce.

The RBS switch also has an alloy body for added physical protection making it stronger than conventional round-bodied switches.

Supplied with either straight or right-angle leads the switches are easily inserted into printed circuit boards.

Switch rating is 24V DC, 25mA with an expected life exceeding 100,000 operations.

The RBS060100 currently sells at GBP 0.32 each and the RBS060200 for GBP 0.37 each (both 1000-off).
