from Allegro
A range of blue light-emitting diodes developed by Sanken Electric is now available from Allegro MicroSystems Europe.
A range of blue light-emitting diodes developed by Sanken Electric is now available from Allegro MicroSystems Europe The LEDs emit light at a wavelength of 470 nm, and are available in two versions with overall package diameters of 3.1 and 5 mm and luminous intensities of 7 and 15 mcd, respectively
They are supplied with untinted, non-diffused lenses.
The devices are designed for 3 V operation, and have a typical current consumption of 20 mA.
Operating temperature range is -30C to +85C.
