The Sanken SLA5507M is a high-speed digital H-bridge power amplifier integrated circuit designed for use in high-quality audio systems.

Originally developed for applications involving the Mitsubishi LSIM65817AFP audio processor, the new device is based on a hybrid power integrated circuit featuring a power MOS output drive stage for the switching audio power amplifier.

Typical control supply voltage is 6.5V, and typical output supply voltage is 30V.

Maximum output current is +/-4A DC level and +/-7.5V AC sinewave peak.

Turn-on and turn-off times are typically +/-5ns.

Overcurrent and undervoltage lockout protection are incorporated, along with a thermal shutdown circuit.

The device is supplied in a transfer-moulded single-inline package (Sanken type LF2101).
