A new range of stackable burn-in chambers offer maximum flexibility for small lot qualification testing, burn-in, reliability testing as well as research and development applications The easy-to-service Despatch Industries burn-in ovens are engineered specifically for high-dissipation forward bias and high temperature reverse bias applications as well as dynamic and static burn-in of integrated circuits, RAMs, ROMs and various semiconductor devices

The oven's high volume recirculating fans maintain consistent, uniform temperatures up to a maximum temperature of 260C while removing heat generated by the load.

Easy-to-use controls are ideal for both simple and complex applications.

Single and multiple temperature applications can be started with the push of a button.

Multiple temperature operations are controlled by up to eight programs, with eight ramp and soak segments in each program.

The oven uses an automatic modulation damper to optimise energy efficiency.

Each oven also features a stainless-steel interior, Protocol Plus microprocessor control system as well as simple rear-wall fixturing.

An airflow switch protects against fan failure.

Alliance Sales (Europe) is responsible for sales and technical support in the UK, Scandinavia and Finland of Despatch Industries' wide range of ovens and thermal process equipment for electronics applications.
