LCD monitors improve image of SMT equipment

Users of Fuji SMT equipment can now replace their CRTs with LCD monitors.

Although generally good at displaying information, one problem with all old CRT monitors is screen burnout - an effect caused by leaving equipment switched on for long periods with the same information displayed on the screen.

As screen burnout obviously will require the monitor to be replaced, AlternativeSMT has developed a system that will allow all users of Fuji SMT equipment to replace CRTs, whether burned out or not, with LCD monitors - for only Eur 1495.

The main advantage of the LCD is that it offers a sharper image without any deterioration over time.

Operators will not see any difference to the management of their equipment; the only difference will be in a more contemporary look.

In fact the visual performance of LCDs over CRTs allows information to be more accessible to operators from a greater distance.

LCDs are also less prone to static charges and therefore attract less dust and other particles.

This new system from AlternativeSMT can be retrofitted, on site, to any Fuji equipment that uses CRT monitors.

In addition, Alternative SMT uses the same technology on all refurbishments of appropriate Fuji equipment.

Common ranges of equipment for which this is available include: CP 3; CP 6 range; IP range; QP range; GL range; and GSP.
