Amalgamated Instrument Co has announced some enhancements to its HH4-WT handheld load/force/pressure meter.
It is suitable for single instruments, multichannel instruments or multiple instruments (up to 32).
It provides a live data display in chart and/or line graph form.
Datalogging may be performed directly to a file on disk or downloaded from an optional internal datalogger.
The program can run "in the background" allowing work on other programs while still running.
It offers a choice of vertical bar, horizontal bar, needle or max/min live reading displays.
Live data are updated at up to once per second (communications allowing).
The software is easily installe dand configured, using Windows displays.
With the package installed it is easy to track the performance of applications and processes with dynamic graphs highlighting the real-time activity and "out of line" situations easily identifiable.
