AMI Semiconductor has received a "Strategic Supplier Award" from the Rosemount Division of Emerson Process Management.

AMI Semiconductor has received a "Strategic Supplier Award" from the Rosemount Division of Emerson Process Management.

The award recognises continuous improvements in the areas of quality, service, technology, and optimal value from 2002-2003.

"This award validates our capabilities in integrated mixed-signal products for critical industrial plant management applications, including petrochemical processing and refining", said Charlie Lesko, Senior Vice President of Sales and Marketing for AMI Semiconductor.

"Our commitment to quality and reliability has provided us with valued partnerships with companies like Emerson".

The award ceremony took place on 10th June at the Emerson Rosemount Supplier Recognition Event held in Beijing and the award was presented by Phil Kelaart, Vice President Global Operations for Emerson's Rosemount Division.

Wally Klass, Vice President of North American sales accepted the award on behalf of AMI Semiconductor.

"Emerson's Rosemount division strives to provide its customers with effective implementation and quality service for its complete line of pressure, temperature, flow, level, and safety measurement instrumentation", said Kelaart.

"We have been working with AMI Semiconductor since 1996 and they have continuously provided a strong technology that is flexible to meet our needs and perform reliably over the long-term".
