SBC Incorporates Celeron Pentium II Processor
A new generation single board computer, which incorporates the state-of-the-art Celeron Pentium II, is now available from Amplicon Liveline.
Housed in a 264 x 102 x 41mm package designed for 1U high applications, the especially low ripple and noise DC outputs of 12V/16A and 48V/8A, are complimented by a 12V/500mA standby output to facilitate I2C interface operation.
The front panel includes alarm and monitor LEDs, AC input connector, on/off switch, handle and fan inlet.
The hot-swap SSI rear connector provides output power, and access to I2C, power fail, active-current share, remote sense, output good, power supply present and remote enable signals.
In addition, various other features include internal diode isolation for redundant operations, an 85 to 264V AC PFC corrected input to IEC61000-3-2, full power operation to +50C, and inrush current limiting.
Protection features include overload and short circuit, overtemperature/fan-fail warning and shutdown, output overvoltage and MOV input-transient protection.
The supply offers excellent protection against input voltage transients.
Fully floating supply outputs enable users to make use of them for either positive or negative polarity needs.
Duncan Palmer, Amplicon's Product Manager, Power Conversion group comments "This exciting new product is ideal for Amplicon, as it provides a solution to many of our LAN users who utilise LAN-based data acquisition systems where a prime power supply may not be available at a remote site".
