Major new investments in technology and training to support the supplier's extensive portfolio, have led to Amplicon being awarded MTSC (Moxa Technical Service Centre) status, enjoyed by only a handful of Moxa outlets worldwide.

The first major investment, a video conference link direct to Moxa's HQ in Taipei, allows Amplicon staff and customers alike to speak directly with key representatives on both commercial and technical issues.

The roll out of an exciting Industrial Ethernet range by Moxa, available in the UK through Amplicon, is prompting many questions as issues of TCP/IP and Ethernet are now becoming concerns for the everyday engineer.

Through Amplicon, UK customers can speak directly to the experts behind these new products.

A second major investment, designed to coincide with the installation of the video link, was an intensive training weekend held by Moxa in Paris.

Amplicon staff from various departments, including product management, technical support, and sales were in attendance, illustrating the total support package that Amplicon is committed to, as it continues to be recognised as one of the key value-added distributors in the industry.
