New from Amic Technology Corp, the A25LXXP family of SPI Serial Flash memories spans a full range of devices from 512Kbit to 16Mbit.

New from Amic Technology Corp, the A25LXXP family of SPI Serial Flash memories spans a full range of devices from 512Kbit to 16Mbit All can be programmed 1 to 256byte at a time using a page-program instruction

The SPI Flash offers a flexible sector architecture, and the whole memory can be erased using the bulk erase instruction or a sector at a time by means of the sector erase instruction.

High speed clock rates are up to 75MHz.

8-pin SOP (150 or 209mil), 8-pin DIP (300mil) and 8-pin QFN packages are available, all as Pb-free RoHS-compliant components.

Samples in 8-pin SOPs and 8-pin DIPs are available now - other packages are scheduled for sampling during May and June 2007.
