64Mbit SDRAM is pin compatible with industry standard 4M x 16bit devices and is available with an extended temperature range from - 40 to +85C.

Sampling now from Amic Technology Corp, the A43L2616B is a 64Mbit SDRAM that is pin compatible with industry standard 4M x 16bit devices and is available with an extended temperature range from - 40 to +85C Devices are available now in lead-free TSOP54 packaging, and CSP54 versions will be released shortly

The A43L2616B is based on 0.11um technology, runs from 3.3V supplies, and comes in a 143MHz speed grade.
