Anders broadens intelligent colour display
Anders Electronics will be announcing an extension to its UMR (User Machine Relationship) range of intelligent colour display platforms at Electronica.
The new centre is staffed by a team of full-time engineering personnel who will provide support to customers across a wide range of display technologies including conventional and LTPS (low-temperature polysilicon) colour TFT LCDs, the latest OLED (organic light emitting diode) flat panel displays, and flexible plastic displays.
The team will also support the design and implementation of applications that use the Anders Electronics range of system-on-module (SOM) embedded PC products.
Discussing the opening of the European Display Design Centre, Rob Anders, Vice President of Business Development for Anders Electronics, comments: "As our European business has grown we have seen increasing demand for design-in and technical support, and for semi- or full-custom display solutions".
