Fletcher will work closely with the Anglia field sales and applications engineering teams, to ensure that customers receive the best possible support in finding and implementing connector solutions for their applications.
He will also provide regular product training to keep all relevant staff abreast of the latest interconnection innovations.
Prior to joining Anglia, Fletcher spent two years at Stewart Connector Systems where he was their UK Sales and Marketing Manager.
Before that he spent 13 years at Hawnt Electronics, his last three years there were as Product Manager for connectors.
Commenting on his new role Fletcher said: "In Harting and JAE, Anglia have two franchises who are at the forefront of interconnection technology in areas such as memory, smart card, flexi and other fine pitch connectors.
This will make the job exciting for me and will also present an excellent array of products to Anglia's customers".
