Analyser covers all major cellular standards
Anritsu has launched the MT8801C radio communications analyser, offering the capability to test the latest internet mobile phones quickly and efficiently.
The AD14113A PIN+TIA incorporates a unique waveguide launched PIN structure with 0.95A/W sensitivity which helps realise an exceptional back-to-back sensitivity of -21dBm for NRZ signals at 10.7Gbit/s.
For longer transmission distances, the AD14109A APD+TIA offers -26dBm sensitivity for 10Gbit/s NRZ signals.
Both devices incorporate automatic offset control, therefore minimising the additional external control circuitry available.
Preproduction samples of the AD14113A PIN+TIA and the AD14109A APD+TIA are now available, and full commercialisation is due in October 2003.
