Ansoft Corp has revealed its financial results for its fourth quarter and fiscal year ended 30th April 2004.

Ansoft Corp has revealed its financial results for its fourth quarter and fiscal year ended 30th April 2004.

Revenue for the fourth quarter totalled $17.8 million, an increase of 18% compared with $15.1 million reported in the previous fiscal year's fourth quarter.

Net income for the fourth quarter was $2.8 million, or $0.24 per share, as compared with a net income of $2.5 million, or $0.21 per share in the previous fiscal year's fourth quarter.

Revenue for the fiscal year totalled $54.7 million, compared with $47.3 million reported in the previous fiscal year.

Net income for the fiscal year was $2.6 million as compared with a net loss of $3.1 million in the previous fiscal year.

"Our revenue growth for the year was 15%", said Nicholas Csendes, Ansoft's President and Chief Executive Officer "For the next fiscal year, we expect to see revenue growth of 12 to 15% for the full year as well as increasing profitability".
