Browser runs on NEC's set top box SoCs
The ANT Fresco browser has been ported to the NEC Electronics EMMArchitecture2 range of SoC devices for digital TV and set top boxes.

ANT Fresco Browser is at the heart of ANT's solution.
It is a proven, robust content engine delivered in a small footprint.
Fresco enables a wide range of services and information to be delivered to the consumer including video-on-demand, EPGs, games, online shopping, email and Internet browsing.
The Macromedia Flash Player 5 plug-in application enhances the ability of TV devices to deliver even more compelling and dynamic content.
Xilleon 220 integrates into a single chip all processor, graphics, video, audio, and I/O (input and output) capabilities needed in a set-top box or digital TV.
Included are a 300MHz MIPS CPU, dual-HD capable MPEG decoder, audio decoder, dual display engine, 2D and 3D graphics engine, conditional access, transport demultiplexers, PCI, USB and hard disk drive interfaces.
