Prior to joining ANT, Dodd spent nine years as a partner with the Cambridge office of Ernst and Young, the international accounting and advisory firm.
Dodd built the tax practice there into a highly regarded and profitable business, and he was primarily responsible for delivering strategy and the financial success of the division.
He also introduced major new clients and substantial fees to the company as a whole.
Dodd read law at Liverpool University and qualified as a chartered accountant before going on to take senior management positions with Schlumberger and The Plessey Company.
