Aeroflex has signed a distribution agreement with Maxtronix, a Philippines company dedicated to selling sophisticated equipment for semiconductor, SMT and through-hole assembly.

Aeroflex has signed a distribution agreement with Maxtronix, a Philippines company with offices in Paranaque City and Cebu City, dedicated to selling sophisticated equipment for semiconductor, SMT and through-hole assembly technology.

Under the terms of the agreement, Maxtronix will operate as exclusive distributor for Aeroflex ATE products and services including flying probe test systems, power manufacturing defects analyzers, in-circuit and combinational testers.

"Our partnership and selection of Maxtronix as our new distributor in the Philippines is a key step in providing our customers with better sales support and presence in a territory which shows interesting economic growth".

"We believe Maxtronix's territory coverage, customer relations, technical and market expertise is world-class and therefore will support our continued growth, as well as enhance the Aeroflex brand name", stated Brian Jeffrey, Sales Manager, Aeroflex ATE.

Maxtronix was founded in 1992 to service the Philippines electronics industry.

Its sales and support team has 60 employees.
