AnalogicTech and Siliconix bury the hatchet
Advanced Analogic Technologies and Siliconix have reached an amicable settlement of a patent infringement lawsuit brought by Siliconix.
Advanced Analogic Technologies (AnalogicTech) and Siliconix have reached an amicable settlement of the patent infringement lawsuit brought by Siliconix in the US District Court for the Northern District of California.
The lawsuit, filed in January 2004, related to alleged infringement of three US patents pertaining to trench DMOS technology.
Under the terms of the settlement, details of which remain confidential, the companies agreed to dismiss all claims and counterclaims in the litigation.
Both companies will continue marketing their respective trench DMOS product lines.
The settlement will have no material impact on AnalogicTech or Siliconix.
