The APC-F203 series of triple-output high-density DC/DC convertors are designed to provide design flexibility and minimise PCB space.

The APC-F203 series of triple-output high-density DC/DC convertors are designed to provide design flexibility and minimise PCB space The 200W APC-F203 provides three outputs from an industry standard full-brick sized (4.6 x 2.4 x 0.5in) convertor, providing the convenience of multiple outputs in a very small space

The convertor series operates from 24 or 48V DC sources.

Various models provide +5, +/-12 or +5, +/-15V outputs.

The main +5V output is regulated to +/-2% and the other outputs are regulated to +/-5% with a balanced load.

The convertor runs at a fixed 300kHz switching frequency that can be synchronised to an external clock for noise sensitive applications and simplifies external filter design.

The series carries the CE regulatory mark, and is approved to EN, UL and CSA60950 safety standards.

"We believe the 200 watt APC-F203 is the highest power triple output brick in the industry", explained Tim Worley, Chief Executive Officer, Advanced Power Conversion.

"The APC-F203 delivers a lot of performance in a compact package", he concluded.

Additional features include overtemperature warning signal, remote on/off, current limiting and short-circuit protection.

The APC-F203 is available in four standard models with 24 or 48V DC inputs.

Pricing is $167 in 100-unit quantities, FOB UK, and most models are available off the shelf.
