ARC International has now licensed more than 100 companies to use its patented configurable SoC technology.

ARC International passed this milestone because of the growing demand by silicon designers for configurable processor cores and subsystems that enable the design of value-added and cost-effective SoCs ideally suited for high-volume applications.

ARC's licensees include systems OEMs and semiconductor companies, such as Broadcom, Fujitsu, Infineon, IPWireless, LeapFrog, SanDisk, Siano Mobile Silicon, Sony, UPEK and TTPCom.
