The Grid-Lok tooling upgrade integrates quick changeover with ease of use and unprecedented flexibility for single or double-sided board support.

The Grid-Lok system produces rock-solid dedicated fixture support at the press of a button, supporting the entire PCB assembly, without programming.

The specially moulded ESD safe caps maximise contact area to distribute force efficiently.

At product changeover, the system is reset in seconds for the next board.

The modular design allows the flexibility to handle various sizes of boards, while the independent control system installs inside or near the assembly equipment.

The Grid-Lok system has been installed on DEK and Ekra stencil printers as well as Philips/Assembleon and Siemens placement equipment.

Development is being completed on many more varieties of SMT equipment.
