The Alutronic range of heatsinks and high-performance heatsink systems are now available from Arun Components.
The heatsink range comprises: heatsinks for a single semiconductor (SOT32, SOT82 and TO3, TO5, TO126, TO202, TO218 and TO220 styles); heatsinks for mounting several semiconductors on a single heatsink (TO218, TO220); heatsinks for single BGA, PGA and ICs (the heatsinks are supplied fitted with highly conductive self-adhesive foil); and extruded heatsinks in a vast range of styles and sizes.
A variety of finishes are available at Alutronic's surface treatment facility.
Alutronic can also perform thermal simulations to shorten time to market and the Alutronic's website has a thermal calculator to assist in heatsink selection.
The Alutronic thermal product range is completed with insulation wafers, bushes and compounds; and mounting clips and spacers.
