Franchise expands to cover Northern
Europe
Arrow will now handle the full BI Technologies and Welwyn Components product portfolio throughout Northern Europe.

As a result of the new agreement, Arrow will now stock and support the full range of BI Technologies and Welwyn Components passive components in Denmark, Finland, Norway, Sweden, the UK and Ireland, and the Baltic States.
Between them, the two TT Electronics subsidiaries offer a variety of passive devices including power, pulse, fusible, precision and other specialist resistors, trimming and precision potentiometers, R and RC networks, transformers and inductors.
Commenting on the new agreement with Arrow, Welwyn Components Distribution Manager, Kevin Bottomley, states: "To date Welwyn Components have enjoyed great success working with Arrow in the UK and Ireland".
"Based on this success, and the increased focus that Arrow is placing on stocking and supporting niche passive component technologies, we believe that the new agreement covering the full BI Technologies and Welwyn Components product ranges will help us to rapidly grow our share of the automotive, aerospace/defence, communications, industrial, consumer and lighting markets across Northern Europe".
Catrin Kristensen, Arrow's PEMCO (passive, electromechanical and connector) Marketing Director in Northern Europe adds: "Arrow is the world's largest distributor of passive components and we are constantly enhancing our passive product portfolio and technical support capabilities".
