The Everbouquet LCD screens are transmissive type colour active matrix TFT LCD modules that use amorphous silicon technology and include integrated chip on glass (COG) drivers and LED backlights.

Arrow has released the Everbouquet MF240320B32-BFW and MF320240B35-BF are new 3.2 and 3.5-inch active matrix TFT graphic LCDs.

They join Everbouquet's extensive range of display modules that also includes three models that include an integrated touch-screen with a 3.5, 4.3 or 5.7-inch display size.

All of the new devices are transmissive type colour active matrix TFT LCD modules that use amorphous silicon technology and include integrated chip on glass (COG) drivers and LED backlights.

The MF240320B32-BFW is a 3.2-inch device with resolution of 240 x 320 pixels and the ability to display 262,000 colours.

Requiring a 2.5to 3.3V power supply, the display provides high contrast and brightness, with low power consumption.

Its CPU interface supports 18bit parallel input mode.

The MF320240B35-BF is a 3.5-inch version capable of displaying 16.7 million colours at a resolution of 320 x 240 pixels.

With a 24bit interface, it is suitable for use in a wide range of PDAs and handheld devices.

The largest of the touch-screen versions, the MF320240BT57-BF, provides a 5.7-inch display with 320 x 240 pixel resolution and 6 o'clock viewing angle.

It offers high image quality, 16.7 million colours, a 24bit parallel input mode, high contrast and brightness (typically 380cd/m) and low power consumption.

The MF480272AT43-BF is a 4.3-inch module with resolution of 480 x 272 pixels.

The viewing direction is 6 o'clock and the contrast ratio 280:1.

Colour saturation is 60% and response time is 50ms (typical).

The MF320240BT35-BF provides a 3.5-inch diagonal display with 16.7 million colours and a 24bit interface, also incorporating touch screen functionality.
