Prior to joining Artesyn, Rembaum was Senior Manager of Investor Relations at Office Depot.
Prior to her position at Office Depot, she held corporate financial management positions in industry and with a national public accounting firm.
Rembaum is a CPA and holds a bachelor's of business administration degree from the George Washington University and a masters degree in international accounting and finance from the London School of Economics.
Commenting on Rembaum joining the company, Richard Thompson, Vice President and CFO stated, "We are pleased to have Pam join us at Artesyn.
Her background in investor relations and accounting will be instrumental in communicating the company's results and strategy to the financial community.
