New from Artila Electronics, the M-501 is an ARM9-based Linux-ready system on module (SoM) in a small 80 x 50mm form factor The M-501, powered by a 180MHz Atmel AT91RM9200 RISC SoC, comes with 32Mbyte SDRAM onboard and 16Mbyte of Flash memory that has the Linux 2.6 kernel, BusyBox utility collection, boa web server and various hardware device drivers pre-installed
