Solid state relay needs no power supply

A new type of solid state relay does not need to be activated or controlled by an external power supply.

A new type of solid state relay from Assemtech Europe does not need to be activated or controlled by an external power supply It simply detects any closure of a switch or contact on its input side, triggering the triac or thyristor output and maintaining the necessary isolation between input and output

The relay is suitable for applications such as temperature controllers, lighting equipment, float switches (two-wire) and many others.

External power supplies are not needed.

The relay works with safe internal voltages (12V) and is capable of switching powerline voltage of 280V AC with an input/output isolation of 3750V RMS.

Versions are available with triac output (WG A5 6C or WG A5 8C) or with back-to-back thyristor output (WG 280 C). Request a free brochure from Assemtech Europe ...
