Featuring ATE, industrial, fine pitch, high current, threaded, coax, pneumatic, bladed and switch probes as well as ATE accessories such as drills, routers, alignment and tooling pins, tools and wire wrap, the catalogue also includes a section on ATE fixtures.

Fully warranted and guaranteed and available in standard or custom configurations, each of the products has been carefully selected to meet the quality, price and performance requirements of today's test engineers.

Combining a wealth of tip styles, travel, spacings and spring forces, Atek probes are used in the testing of bare and loaded printed circuit boards and in interfacing test fixtures to automatic test equipment.

They can also be used as battery contacts, in slip rings and as minimum insertion force connectors, as well as in many other applications where reliable, repeatable connections are required on a non-permanent basis.
