Test probes slim down for ATE fixturing
Steel tipped probes are designed to provide maximum life in normal operation and are tested beyond 100,000 strokes.
Atek Technology has added a new range of Micro probes to its extensive test probe portfolio With 10 different probe options and body diameters from 0.20 to 0.72mm, they are ideal for use with small mechanical jigs and special test nests in automatic testers as well as regular test fixtures

Unbiased choice of probes for ATE
The Atek Technology range includes standard ATE probes for loaded and bare-board applications as well as industrial, pneumatic and coax versions.
Allowing jigged assemblies to probe on 0.35mm centres, each of the probes can be supplied with matching flanged or plain receptacles.
Blank receptacles are available as standard but receptacles are also available with pre-attached wires if required.
Available with a wide variety of tip styles including flat, radius and four-point crowns, these steel tipped probes are designed to provide maximum life in normal operation and are tested beyond 100,000 strokes.
Typical working travel on the smaller probes is 1mm with a full working travel of 1.5mm and spring forces range from 0.15 to over 0.75N for the "larger" members of the family.
Probe body diameters are 0.20, 0.25, 0.31, 0.35, 0.38, 0.40, 0.48, 0.58, 0.68 and 0.72mm.
