Aculab has unveiled the latest version of its highly acclaimed free text-to-speech (TTS) software, which now features five languages, and runs on its Prosody DSP resource cards.
2nd Nature, the industry's only unified management solution, will manage CT server provisioning information from Aculab's recently launched Whirlwind platform, its high performance CT server.
Ultimately, Unimax will supply an integrated application administration solution as well.
Aculab launched Whirlwind to give developers greater choice, ensuring the competitive advantage of interoperability.
Whirlwind is based on the Enterprise Computer Telephony Forum (ECTF) industry standard application programming interface S.100 and supports open architecture.
This allows developers, integrators and application service providers to create flexible, reusable communications applications for enterprise and public network environments.
