ACE 2007 continued the trend of recent years by delivering a superb networking and educational conference for Aculab's customers, partners and prospects.

Aculab's 5th annual global partner conference, ACE 2007, was deemed a resounding success by all delegates.

Held in the UK for the first time and attended by the highest ever number of delegates, ACE 2007 continued the trend of recent years by delivering a superb networking and educational conference for Aculab's customers, partners and prospects.

This year's theme of video, security and mobility hit the hot topics of interest in the communications industry today.

A powerful mix of external speakers, customer case studies and expert opinions blended with information and education from Aculab's 25 strong contingent provided an extremely interesting and informative agenda.

A prime objective of ACE is to provide a networking environment for representatives from the communications industry covering a broad range of countries and industry sectors - to bring them together to exchange views and share business strategies.

With representation from five continents, ACE was a truly multicultural affair.

The two days were broken by a visit to the Cabinet War Rooms and Churchill Museum where delegates enjoyed a gala dinner sponsored by Alliance Systems.

ACE 2007 served to celebrate the first anniversary of the launch of Prosody X, Aculab's IP media processing technology and for Aculab to note that over 100 companies are now developing on that platform.

The message from delegates was clear - they are now ready to deploy solutions enhanced with video, they need security and resilience, and mobility is taken for granted.

Speaking on the event, Jo Taylor, Head of Marketing Communications at Aculab said: "I am extremely pleased with the event, we had a perfect mix of customers, partners and prospects".

"Many of the thought-provoking topics caused further in-depth discussions and opened up opportunities for new business avenues to be explored".

ACE 2008 will be held in Scottsdale, Arizona, USA between 31st March and 2nd April 2008.
