A new family of ultra-low-profile 3A per contact connectors is designed for battery pack or slide-in module applications.

AVX has released a family of ultra-low-profile 3A per contact connectors for battery pack or slide-in module applications.

Featuring a compressed z-axis height of 1.3mm, the new range meets the most demanding low-profile requirements.

Initially available in two- and three-position configurations, other sizes are planned for future releases.

The connectors also have an integral end-block to act as a mechanical stop.

They are rated for 5000 mating cycles.

The new low-profile connectors are ideal for cellular phones, handheld devices, industrial modules and medical electronics.
