Robust SSRs handle a full ampere

Now available from AX Distribution are low-cost, versatile Clare AC solid-state relays (SSRs).

The Clare CPC SSR family includes the CPC1965 - offering a blocking voltage of 600V - and the CPC1945 - giving a blocking voltage of 400V.

Both are available in 16-pin DIP and 8-pin SIP configurations.

Ideally suited to industrial applications, CPC SSRs are robust enough to handle load currents up to 1A, and offer a cost effective alternative to electromechanical relays where electromagnetic interference would disrupt operation.

Both SSRs feature zero cross circuitry ensuring no generation of transients when switching and both are optically coupled to provide 3750V of isolation and noise immunity between control and load circuits.
