The SBC81827 is a standard full-size single board computer powered by a Pentium 4 CPU, with advanced features like optional SCSI, CompactFlash, Gigabit Ethernet and USB ports.

The SBC81827 is a standard full-size single board computer powered by a Pentium 4 CPU, with advanced features like optional SCSI, CompactFlash, Gigabit Ethernet and USB ports The SBC81827s Socket 478 Pentium 4 processor, with a FSB speed of 800MHz, supports Intel Hyper-Threading Technology, making it one of the fastest CPU cards on the market

Through an optional dual channel Ultra320 SCSI controller, the card supports fast storage ability.

The board also includes a CompactFlash type-II socket, which supports SSD (solid state disk) and offers an alternative option to traditional ways of porting systems.

Other key features include: two 184-pin DDR DIM sockets that support up to a maximum of 2Gbyte of memory; an Intel 82865G controller that supports VGA displays; two onboard Ethernet ports (with one supporting Gigabit Ethernet); a built-in AC97 3D audio controller; two serial ATA connectors; and four USB 2.0 ports.

Axiomtek reckons the SBC81827 is great for flexible installations and for a wide array of applications, including for automation control purposes, as well as network applications, in package and luggage scanning machines, and many more.
