The SBC81827 is a standard full-size single board computer powered by a Pentium 4 CPU, with advanced features like optional SCSI, CompactFlash, Gigabit Ethernet and USB ports.
"System integrators are able to select this powerful SBC for their systems based on bandwidth, graphics, security, networking communications and audio requirements".
The SHB210 delivers outstanding system performance through high-bandwidth interfaces including PCI Express x16 graphics, PCI Express x1 I/O ports, four Serial ATA II, and six high speed USB 2.0 ports.
With the Realtek RTL8111B Gigabit Ethernet controller, the CPU card offers PCI Express-based 10/100/1000 Ethernet connection which provides reliable and fast networking access.
This PICMG 1.3 SHB express CPU card also features two DDR2 533/667 SODIMM sockets up to 3Gbyte capacity, and two Serial ATA high-speed data transferring at up to 3Gbyte/s.
Besides, the half-size single board computer supports one 2 x 5-pin power connector for stand alone power on/off function.
Other features include two serial ports (one RS232 and one RS232/422/485), two 5-pin wafer connectors for PS/2 mouse and keyboard, CompactFlash Type II socket, watchdog timer, and hardware monitoring function.
The SHB210 is fully compatible with Axiomtek's PICMG 1.3 half-size backplanes, the HAB205 and HAB208, which are designed to meet all requirements defined by the PICMG 1.3 standard and support a variety of PCI Express (PCIe) and PCI cards, offering system developers high performance and rich capability base boards for I/O intensive systems.
The company also offers three industrial enclosures, the AX60552, AX60551 and AX60501, to flexibly house the SHB210 with customer-specific addon boards.
This RoHS compliant product will be available in the early of September 2007.
