Axiomtek releases the SHB102 CPU card
Axiomtek has introduced the SHB102 quad-core PICMG 1.3 full-size CPU card.
The SHB102 is built on the Intel Q45 Express chipset and ICH10DO.
It supports the 45nm Intel Core2 Quad processor up to 1333 MHz FSB in a LGA775 package with four dual-channel DDR3 DIMM sockets up to 16GB.
The integrated Intel Graphics Media Accelerator 4500 provides excellent graphics and 3D performance with a maximum dedicated frame buffer video memory up to 256MB.
The PICMG 1.3 specification brings advantages of PCI Express.
The SHB102 is suitable for industrial control and automation, visual inspection instruments, digital surveillance and network security applications.
The SHB102 with Intel Q45 Express chipset features an integrated Intel trusted platform module (Intel TPM) and the latest Intel active management technology (Intel AMT) 5.0 for higher security and easier maintenance, lowering the cost of ownership.
Six high-speed Sata-300 ports with Raid 0/1/5/10 functionality offer quicker access and greater data protection.
Networking is provided by Intel 82567LM and Intel 82574L Gbit Lan interfaces.
Other I/O features include twelve USB 2.0 ports, two Com ports (1 x RS-232 and 1 x RS-232/422/485), two PS/2 ports, a VGA port, HD audio and a parallel port.
The PICMG 1.3 full size SBC SHB102 supports various embedded operating systems such as Windows Embedded XP, Windows Vista, and Linux.
The SHB102 is available with Intel Core2 Duo and Intel Celeron processors.
This general purpose full-size slot CPU card is compatible with Axiomtek's PICMG 1.3 full-size passive backplanes.
