Axiomtek has introduced the Ebox639-836-FL fanless embedded system.

The Ebox639-836-FL supports the new Intel Atom N270 1.6GHz processor with a 533MHz FSB and the Intel 945GSE Express chipset.

One 240-pin DIMM socket supports up to 2GBit DDR2 400/533 DRAM for high memory bandwidth.

The Ebox639-836-FL has Intel GMA 950 technology and features outstanding 3D performance.

Sharing the system memory gives it a maximum video memory of up to 224MB.

It offers two PCI slots to deliver mass expansibility.

The Ebox639-836-FL is a cost-effective application-ready platform targeted at industrial automation, digital signage (DSA), industrial controller and vehicle applications.

It is housed in a rugged aluminium enclosure measuring 182 x 230 x 130.8mm.

It can be wall-mounted in a space-limited environment.

Its PCI slots can be easily accessed: customers can install or replace their PCI cards without opening the whole box.

The Ebox639-836-FL is certified with CE marking.

It operates quietly and is reliable in critical environments at temperatures from -10C to +55C.

It also offers excellent vibration resistance up to 1Grms (with HDD).

The Ebox639-836-FL is an all-in-one embedded computer featuring rich I/O connectors, including one 2.5in SATA drive bay, one Compactflash type-II, six COM ports, six USB 2.0 ports, dual Gbit Ethernet, PS/2 ports, audio and VGA.

It is equipped with a 12-30V DC 107W power supply.

It has a built-in watchdog timer to reset the system after a crash or system error.

It supports various embedded operating systems, including Windows CE, Windows XP Embedded (XPE) and Linux.
