Azego considers the certificate to provoke a positive influence regarding sales and turnover on a long-term basis.
As customers now have official proof of the company's QMS standards and efficiency this will clearly help them to evaluate and trust the company's services.
"For many customers this ISO certificate is an important prerequisite before entering into a new business relationship".
"The certificate will definitely enhance our access to these customers", said Wilkat.
The ISO certificate is as well a proof of the continuous improvement of services and of the constant compliance with acknowledged standards as it is accredited in more than 120 countries worldwide.
Therefore the certificate will be a decisive factor for big worldwide trading customers to permanently integrate Azego into their supply chain.
The ISO certificates will be valid for three years and demonstrate the high level of the internal quality management system of both Azego and First Components.
During the external ISO audits all processes and departments of the companies have been inspected in order to meet the ISO requirements in many categories such as distribution, warehousing, customer satisfaction, management responsibility and continuous improvement.
From now on both companies will be subjects to regular internal and external QM audits to assure that they constantly meet the DIN EN ISO9001:2000 standards and to guarantee further persistent improvement of their quality management systems.
