The Brain Boxes customer is also set to benefit as, according to independent research of Accredited Investors in People companies, 80% have gained increased customer satisfaction as a consequence of the award.
In addition the research cites that 70% have also improved their competitive edge and productivity.
David T Reid, the independent assessor who confirmed the award, noted in his report on Brain Boxes: "There are many impressive aspects of good practice, and the things needed to reach the standard have been dealt with effectively and fully".
Brain Boxes Business Development Manager, Peter Gray responded by commenting, "We are delighted to have received this confirmation, and look forward to the formal award ceremony in the Spring 2003".
Gray continued, "As we enter 2003, we are confident that our customers as well as our staff will continue to benefit from our commitment to best practice".
