Snap to it with DIN-rail enclosures
Bernic has a new series single-module-width M36 DIN-rail enclosures with ventilation slots for decentralised automation applications.
Enclosures come to hand for control
Bernic Gold Line 600 series enclosures answer increasing demands for handheld controllers for wall-mounted applications such as HVAC and telecomms.
Users can mix high and low covers with different openings for connectors and with and without ventilation.
This not only gives a very wide range of options for connections, but also offers virtual custom specific enclosure/designs.
The new rail mounted enclosure is ideal for applications requiring a housing for smaller PCBs using minimal DIN-rail space.
It has sleek lines, making this an attractive packaging medium for applications such as home and building automation.
The enclosure has been designed according to DIN43880, providing the dimensions and specifications required for installation component standards.
Conforming to VBG4 and IEC529/DIN VDE0470-1, the enclosure prevents accidental shock and injury while meeting the requirements of the automation industry.
This new housing enables users to incorporate up to 10 vertical PCBs with three horizontally mounted PCBs on top for signalling devices/indicators and switches.
Fully populated, the terminal blocks have a maximum of up 144 terminals screw clamp terminals.
For applications not requiring all 12 I/O positions or where additional internal space is required, selective loading may be done, with empty positions being filled with blind plugs.
